360° Feedback

An effective first step toward improving your performance is by increasing self-awareness with an assessment of how you’re perceived. A 360-degree feedback assessment ideally includes a small set of one-on-one interviews and often includes a qualitative written assessment as well, completed by people who can impact the client's success; e.g.:

  • Peers

  • Direct Reports

  • Managers

  • Customers (both internal and external to your company)

  • Suppliers (both internal and external to your company)

The results are compiled, analyzed, and discussed in a supportive conversation that results in an action plan to address opportunities for growth and to further leverage strengths. 360-degree feedback has proven to be a powerful tool when delivered properly with supportive coaching to interpret results.

Individual Assessments

Most frequently, this would include MBTI (Meyers Briggs Personality Type), EQi Emotional Intelligence, and/or TKI Conflict Styles.
